- Once the payment done, doctor will call you — at your selected time slot .
- Explain your medical problem in detail.
- In consultation Doctor will take your history and provide ayurvedic expert advice.
- Medicinal Treatment and customised diet plan will be provided on separate payment.
- Registration and payment is compulsory for consultation.
- Consultation time is 15-20 mins only.
- Only one time consultation is done per registration.
- Only one person can take consultation at a time
- Consulting timings will be from 7.30am to 7.30pm according to Indian time.
- For follow up once consultation taken , separate fee has to be paid .
- Follow up will be anytime after one week.
- Customised Diet Plans will be sent on email ID or what’s app.
COURIER SERVICE FOR CUSTOMISED MEDICINES
- Once payment done for medicines and courier charges, medicines will be sent at given address to most parts of world.
REFUND POLICY AND TERMS CONDITIONS --
- No money will be refunded after cancellation of any type of consultation,follow up , prescription of medicines ,diet plans and panchkarma charges once paid.
- Medicines and courier payment if
not received will be refunded within 3 months .
